Daniela Gomez Paz was born in Cali, Colombia. She received a BFA in Painting/Drawing and a BA in Art History from SUNY Purchase College, (2014). She is currently acquiring her teaching certification in Art Education from Queens College and is part of a collective studio that curates pop-up shows in the art community of Ridgewood, Queens. She was the recipient of the Outstanding Senior Recognition Award in the School of Art + Design at SUNY Purchase College, where one of her paintings is now a part of their permanent collection. Daniela currently lives and works in Queens, New York.
