Brandi grew up in Portland, Oregon and moved to New York in 2004. She first began practicing yoga in 2010 and in
2016 she completed her 200 hour vinyasa training with Three Sisters Yoga in NYC and received additional training for Yoga 12 Step Recovery with Nikki Meyers.
Brandi is most interested in the relationship between breath and movement and how the practice of yoga helps bring mind, body and spirit into right alignment. She hopes to help people from all backgrounds discover the tools to be present in their bodies, alleviate stress and find moments of peace within their personal practice.
