Since being introduced to yoga by a mysterious stranger in the woods
of Allegheny National Park over 20 years ago, Bret has developed a
personal practice and teaching style based on the 8 limbs and
furthered through his deep interest in meditation, music, and a
fruitarian diet. Recently certified by NYC's Dharma Yoga Center, Bret
is a fresh addition to the 3J teaching staff who aims to help his
students heal themselves and realize their full potential.
