A former ballerina with a 20-year personal yoga practice, Melaney’s professional experience includes multiple treatment modalities. Melaney provides clients with stress-reduction, clarity of mind, a healthy body, and the tools to enhance their lives all on their own using breath work, meditation, mindfulness, and movement.

After successfully implementing meditation and yoga to heal from a personal history of emotional abuse, Melaney has made it her mission to help others learn to the overcome the mental, emotional and physical obstacles that stand in the way of achieving a sense of personal well being and happiness.
