He has served as editor-in-chief of GothamGazette.com, NYC editor of Culturemob, producer for CBSNews.com and CNN.com, and as a staff writer for Newsday and the New York Daily News. He has taught at the Columbia School of Journalism. He holds a BA from Yale and an MA in American Studies from Columbia University.
