Alexis is a gifted Psychotherapist and healer with over ten years of experience specializing in psychology, human sexuality, and holistic modalities.

She received her MA from NYU in Mental Health and Wellness and has a vast knowledge of transformational tools, including Existential Therapy, CBT, DBT, Logo Therapy, Shamanism, Reiki, and Energy Healing. She feels every client is unique and thus creates an individualized treatment plan for every person, resulting in a powerful support system of transmutation.

When she is not working, you can find her traveling the world, learning new healing techniques from varying cultures, teaching sex ed, classes, reading, eating copious amounts of pasta, or snuggling her dog Charlie.

The instructor was excellent. She was knowledgeable, personable, very engaging and knew how to put everyone at ease. The subject matter was fascinating. The class was well outlined and permitted for Q&A’s throughout. Alexis was well prepared yet taught organically. I would be happy to take another class on a related topic with the same instructor.
