David Winston, Drew DiVittorio & Peeka Trenkle

David Winston, RH (AHG), an herbalist and ethnobotanist with 40 years’ training in Cherokee, Chinese and Western herbal traditions, is the founder/director of the Herbal Therapeutics Research Library and dean of David Winston’s Center for Herbal Studies. David is a founding member of the American Herbalist Guild.

Drew DiVittorio, Dipl (NCCAOM), board-certified in Traditional Chinese Herbology, is an associate professor at the University of Bridgeport Acupuncture Institute and in private practice in NYC. He is a popular speaker on nutrition and Chinese herbalism.

Peeka Trenkle has been in practice as a non-medical, intuitive natural healer for over 30 years. Her current focus in practice is in the use of homeopathy, herbalism, dreams and inner work to catalyze the healing process and foster a more conscious integration of physical and spiritual healing. She maintains offices in Manhattan and NJ and has been on the Open Center faculty since 1996.
