Nevşah F. ​Karamehmet​, ​born in Turkey, was raised by a Sufi Master, in the Sufi tradition which is the foundation of her work with breath. She is a distinguished and highly respected international leader in the field of breath coaching. She is the founder/President of the NFS School of Life. In 2015 she founded the nonprofit IBCF (International Breath Coaching Federation), where she also serves as the President.  She has published nine best-seller books and has earned many awards.
