Nancy Culmone childhood love of lettering and drawing was refined at The Cooper Union School of Art where she studied painting, printmaking and calligraphy. She teaches these disciplines as a language of creative expression in the USA, Canada and Europe. She participates in exhibits, both nationally and internationally. Her hand-lettered and painted manuscript books are in public and private collections including Harvard and Duke Universities, Reed College, The Rochester Institute of Technology and others
