Jim Andrews, FRICS

James (Jim) Andrews, FRICS, has over 28 years of experience in valuation and consulting, with the past 18 spent in the Caribbean.  Based in the Cayman Islands, Jim serves as the Senior Managing Director of the Caribbean office of Integra Realty Resources (IRR), the largest property valuation and consulting firm in the United States. In this role he helped expand IRR’s Caribbean presence to include offices in the U.S. Virgin Islands and the Bahamas. Jim holds credentials in both real estate appraisal and business valuation, and specializes in valuing hotels, resorts, and hospitality businesses throughout the Caribbean.

Jim became an RICS member in 2005 and a fellow in 2008. He has served on various RICS committees including the Americas Valuation Council and the steering committee for the Cayman Islands chapter.  He also holds the following designations:  MAI (Appraisal Institute), ASA in both business valuation and real property (American Society of Appraisers), Certified Valuation Analyst in business valuation (NACVA), and CRE (Counselors of Real Estate).
