Ray LaManna

Ray LaManna is currently the owner of his own human resources consulting firm, specializing in employee relations, training and coaching. In addition, he is Professor of Management at the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College. Mr. LaManna has extensive experience in the human resources field. Prior to establishing his own firm, Ray held positions as Director of Human Resources at the Parish of Trinity Church on Wall Street, Human Resources Director of Integrated Resources Inc., a diversified financial services firm, where he was responsible for all employee relations, recruitment and compensation functions as well as HR positions at Wells Fargo Bank and JP Morgan Chase. Ray is also a member of the graduate faculty of the School of Health Sciences and Practice at New York Medical College, where he teaches graduate courses on organizational theory, human resources, change management and employee relations. For eight years, he was also chair of the Business Administration Department of Berkeley College.

Ray holds advanced degrees in theology, psychology and adult education and is presently a doctoral candidate in the Adult and Continuing education program Teachers College/Columbia University.

Ray has also been actively involved in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as national chairperson of the Management Practices committee. He is also national Subject Matter Expert for Module 1 of the Learning System-Business Management & Strategy. He has extensive experience as a guest speaker on HR and management issues and has life certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Kimberly Nash

As the Vice President of Client Compliance and HR Services for Brown & Brown of PA, Kim partners with organizations to provide a variety of business consulting, compliance management, and human resource related services. Additionally, she delivers a variety of presentations for organizations.
In 2017, Kim founded her company, THriv, to accompany leaders on their professional growth journey to achieve results.  She serves leaders through coaching, teaching, and public speaking.

Kim also serves as a part-time instructor for Villanova University, George Mason University, and Pace University teaching the Professional Human Resource Management course for human resource professionals.

Kim holds the SHRM-SCP certification through the Society of Human Resource Management, the Senior Professional Human Resource certification through HR Certification Institute, the Compensation Management Specialist designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits, and has completed the John C. Maxwell Certification Program to teach, coach, train, and speak.

Kim is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and a Past President of the Human Resource Professionals of Central PA.  She is a graduate of York College of PA with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Education and holds an MBA/Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix.
