Terttu Uibopuu

Teaches at Pioneer Works

Terttu Uibopuu was born in Estonia in 1984 and moved to the U.S. in 2002. She received a BFA in Photography from Columbia College of Chicago in 2008 and an MFA from Yale University School of Art in 2011, where she was awarded the Alice Kimball Traveling Fellowship and the Tierney Fellowship. Terttu’s work has been exhibited internationally and she is currently participating in The Bronx Museum of the Arts 2nd AIM Biennial. She lives in New York and teaches Bookbinding for Photographers at the International Center of Photography.
