Kenesha was great!! She was engaging. Took her time, answered questions, and demonstrated multiple techniques. We didn't just learn a recipe; we also learned knife skills. She gave everyone time to catch up. She was attentive, when we were a little behind she waited for us to catch up. Even when we repeated a question she answered it and clarified. My husband and I had a GREAT time.
