Writer, Fast Company Magazine I write about technology and design for Fast Company magazine online and in print. I am also a managing partner at the mobile development company Dannen & White in Brooklyn. Previously, I wrote for CBS MoneyWatch, Forbes, MIT Technology Review, The Atlantic, INC, Rolling Stone and Discover magazines. As a consultant for Microsoft Corp, I created the official UI Design and Interaction Guide for Windows Phone. Prior, I was a staff consultant for ReD Associates in Copenhagen and New York, where I worked mostly on user interface projects for Samsung Electronics. I got my start in the corporate world as a brand manager at Red Bull Energy Drink, and in journalism at BIKE magazine in California. I also did time as an editorial intern at The Onion, where I worked on the book project Our Dumb World. I have written several books, two of which focus on iOS design and development.
