Rev. Barbara Ann Michaels, Jester of the Peace and ordained interfaith/interspiritual minister, has made a career of the interplay of love, art, and comedy. She is an award-winning wedding officiant in New York City, specializing in highly personalized weddings, including costume and adventure ceremonies. She has been featured on The Learning Channel’s Four Weddings, in The New York Times, The Boston Globe, New York Daily News, New York Magazine, and Huffington Post, among other news outlets. Barbara Ann celebrates interfaith and intercultural unions, and embraces marriage equality. Artistically, she specializes in audience-interactive and improvisational art that invites communication, transformation, and unity. She is a graduate of Brown University and Massachusetts College of Art
