Ariel Lowell

Teaches at Bird Rock Yoga

Originally from Colorado, Ariel’s goal is to move mountains with a high vibrational yogic practice! She received her 200 hour certification in Costa Rica in 2015. Her jungle experience inspired her to help guide others along a refreshing journey to a more blissful state of mind. Ariel loves to combine breath and movement, and offers a supportive environment for yogis to cultivate deep discoveries throughout their practice, in which they can take off the mat and into their everyday lives. She especially strives to help students realize their potential through safe yoga alignment. Outside of yoga, Ariel loves to paint, soak in that San Diego sun, and perform with her live music/yoga band, Drishti Beats!
