Hayley began yoga 4 years ago with the idea that she would lose weight effortlessly. Little did she know the mental weight that would fall off. Physically, sure she looked good & felt amazing, but mentally & spiritually even better...this is what drove her to become a teacher. She thought "I need to get everyone in on this feeling!!!"
