Leah got introduced to yoga in 2006 by her mother. Not sure how to feel about it going in, but feeling refreshed, relaxed and yet energized when she got out. Since that day she has been hooked and has truly found her passion.

Leah graduated YTT at Buddhi Yoga in La Jolla, ever since then she has been teaching whenever she gets the chance. She strives to always challenge the student to push their limits, but always being content with where they are. Leah is a music lover, so you will always be sure to have a rockin playlist to accompany the unique sequence.
