What you'll learn in this kids cooking camp class:

We can’t tell you what mystery foods you’ll find in your basket, but it’s Independence week and there might be a few 4th of July themed surprises.  

We’ll work on a recipe as a class to gain familiarity with the kitchen, then students will break into teams to make an entree and an appetizer or dessert using 6 mystery ingredients.

What campers will accomplish:
  • Learn how to bake/cook a large variety of foods
  • Basic knife skills
  • Kitchen safety
  • Create a tasty snack and meal
Important Note:
Parent or legal guardian must be present at check-in to sign-in the student. No open-toed shoes or sleeveless shirt permitted.

Refund Policy

Class Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

When you purchase a seat in one of our public cooking classes, it is not refundable except if the class is canceled by Pans on Fire. You have up to 72 hours before the class to withdraw and receive credit that must be applied to a new class within sixty (60) days. 

If you cancel within the 72-hour window or miss the class, no refund or credit will be given but you can have the class handout which includes the recipes. If you are unable to attend class, you may send someone in your place but you must notify us of the substitution prior to the class. 

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, chef illness or other unforeseen events; if we do so, you may elect a refund or bank your tuition to your account for a future class. 

SPECIAL CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SUMMER COOKING CAMP: 

Payments are non-refundable but camper can transfer to another summer camp in the same season, if a seat is available, if notice is given no later than TWO WEEKS BEFORE the scheduled camp. There is no refund or credit, full or partial, for camper illness or any other reason for non-attendance. Missed Class(es). Pans on Fire cannot offer partial refunds for days of camp or classes missed due to illness or other unforeseen changes in plans. Discounts on future programs are not offered in exchange.
