What you'll learn in this self improvement class:

Having purpose is fundamental to cultivating a meaningful life because it connects you to your raisons d'être, things that matter deeply to you and give your life direction. People who feel connected to purpose report higher levels of psychological well-being, flourishing, hope, resilience and life satisfaction. Founded at Stanford University’s d.school, Project Wayfinder designs curricula to guide people toward building lives of purpose and meaning.

This introductory workshop focuses on the Purpose Compass activity: our research-backed, proven framework for building purpose into your life. We'll engage in an energizing, creative design process to integrate three core ingredients for purposeful living:
  • responding to needs in the world you care about
  • using your strengths and skills
  • doing something you find joy and value in.
By the end of the workshop you will identify clear, actionable steps towards infusing more purpose into your work and personal life.
School Notes:
For students enrolling in 12 week part time and immersive classes, it is not recommended that you book more than one class simultaneously.
