Description
Bonbini is a hands-on baking business, offering baking classes to the public as well as made-to-order French Macarons, Custom Cakes, Wedding Cakes, and other pastries.
In 2010, Namthip began teaching the art of creating the delectable, yet so tricky confection, the French Macaron from her private kitchen. She quickly became known as the go-to instructor for learning to prepare the perfect macaron.
Since then, she's branched out to offer a widening variety of classes, including the Opera Cake, Ombre Rose Cake, Kouign Amann, and other pastries.
Namthip graduated from California Culinary Academy. She's worked in some of San Francisco's finest kitchens, including most recently Luce at the Intercontinental Hotel, and Cortez, both of which earned Michelin stars during her tenure.
