Tony has had a daily yoga practice since 2002, after years of struggling with chronic back pain yoga taught him how to slow down, and move with greater awareness and intelligence .Tony is a graduate of Yoga Tree San Francisco Teacher Training Program and certified with Yoga Alliance. In 2003 he began teaching his co-workers at San Francisco International Airport where he still holds classes daily. Tony has studied extensively with his long timeteacher Karl Erb. The last four years he has been apprenticing with Karl regularly observing and assisting in his weekly classes at Yoga Tree. Tony also assists Yoga Tree teachers, Britt Forhman with her Restorative and Couple’s Prenatal Yoga workshops, and assisted Darren Main in his weekly Hatha Flow Class for the pass four years.
