As a yoga teacher, Crystal's goal is to help students connect to their inner strength, resilience, and balance both on and off of the mat.

She teaches a grounded, powerful and heartfelt vinyasa flow class that incorporates strength-building, fluid sequencing and a focused attention to the breath for deep rejuvenation and healing. Crystal also teaches Candlelit Restorative Yoga.

Crystal has been practicing yoga actively for over 15 years, and trained with Gloria Latham from Semperviva Yoga College on the Greek island of Kirthia. Her teachings are also drawn from Sara Avant Stover’s “The Way of the Happy Woman” women’s yoga training.
