Julian Swirsky works in A&R at Republic Records, a division of Universal Music Group.

Toby Andrews is the General Manager of Astralwerks, a dance/electronic label part of the Capitol Music Group of labels, owned by Universal Music Group.

Astralwerks has amassed 30 GRAMMY nominations, taken home six GRAMMY Awards and have had historic releases to date from the likes of The Chemical Brothers, Swedish House Mafia, Halsey, Porter Robinson, Phoenix, Eric Prydz, Fatboy Slim and many more.

Previously, Toby oversaw marketing for Sony Music's international department, handling global projects for industry powerhouses like Martin Garrix, Jean-Michel Jarre and Kygo. Between Martin Garrix and Kygo, alone, his leadership contributed to over 30 million singles sold, and he has exposed some of his clients on the biggest world stages, including at the Olympics. He was also listed on the Forbes 30 under 30.
