Kim Rust is a digital technology and retail strategist. She has experience delivering in-store, online and mobile customer experiences that drive revenue and enhance loyalty for retailers including Estee Lauder, The North Face, Express, and Best Buy. She brings big company and start-up experience to the classroom having worked for Macy’s in buying and marketing capacities as well as mobile tech start-up GPShopper in project management and retailer strategy capacities. Digital marketing experience outside of retail includes the real estate and non-profit arts industries.
