Faith Adiele is author of Meeting Faith, a travel/spiritual memoir that won the PEN Beyond Margins Award for Best Memoir and The Nigerian Nordic Girl’s Guide to Lady Problems, a witty, tricultural look at fibroids; writer/narrator/subject of My Journey Home, a PBS documentary about her international, mixed-race family; and co-editor of Coming of Age Around the World: A Multicultural Anthology. Selected by Marie Claire magazine as “One of 5 Women to Learn From,” Faith piloted the first POC travel writing workshop through VONA/Voice, has taught around the globe and worked as a social activist, Buddhist nun, college professor, and petty bureaucrat.
