Prior to Sharecare, Brandon worked for digitally-driven ad agencies Razorfish/Nurun, Leader, Grizzard Communications, and Response Mine Interactive, progressively growing his experience in the analytics space in each role. Among others, Brandon contributed analytics work to TaylorMade Golf, Bridgestone Tire, Disney Credit Services and even the San Francisco 49ers' Levis Stadium App, creating centralized databases for paid media, web, and social data. Over the years, he has developed a particularly niche skillset in web analytics and implementation, data visualization, and automation, taking on side contract work for Marriott's field agency to create a full automated reporting suite with Tableau (and more than 10 data sources). Other freelance clients have included Cardlytics, Grizzard, Georgia Pacific, and Hennessy.
Brandon's main passion comes from finding ways to make analytics more efficient. If there is an opportunity to automate a reporting algorithm, he will learn the code to make it happen. As a result, he has learned SQL, Python, Java, Hadoop, R, and more, which he's then applied to solutions for his various companies and clients, saving thousands of hours and hundreds of thousands of dollars in staffing costs. In his spare time, Brandon is developing an automation system for Google Analytics to ingest and create visualization tools for Adobe data.
Brandon lives in the Old Fourth Ward with his wife, infant son, and five pets.
