As the Earth tilts North America back into the Sun, birds all over the Southern Hemisphere feel the urge to migrate. They twitch, They sing. They put on weight. They prepare for long-distance flights that no other family of animals - including our own - can match with sheer muscle power.

If you'd like to know more about how the most powerful birds in the world perform wonders of flight, come hear master birder and nature author Constance Sidles introduce you to the world of Bar-tailed Godwits, Arctic Terns, Snow Geese, tiny Ruby-throated Hummingbirds, seabirds, and many other visitors to our shores.
