Tribe Fitness is for joiners and passionate comrades, an all-are-welcome studio whose members live for the buzz that only a shared exercise experience can provide. Ours is a culture open to anyone who enjoys a serious total-body challenge and the chance to face it head on with a group of like-minded people.

This is your workout. Your goals are your own. And we respect that. But those of us here at TRIBE also believe that fitness can be a lot more fun when you're pushing your limits in a space filled with a few fellow hard workers and a whole lotta can-do energy. To make it happen, all you’ve gotta do is join—then join in.

Tribe Fitness started as Lab5 in 2011—and the studio’s original goal remains: to create the highest standard of fitness experience possible.
