What you'll learn in this dance fitness class:

Dancer Conditioning is designed to target and tone all major muscle groups of the body. Class begins with a 20 minute warmup that ranges from low impact to high impact cardio followed by 25 minutes of abs, biceps, triceps, quads and gluteus Maximus work. The remaining 15 minutes is dedicated to a full stretch and cool down.

Styles of Dancer Conditioning
:
  • Cardio - Focus on elevated heart rate. High impact.
  • Strengthening - Focus on strength building. Mid impact.
  • Tone - Focus on toning of muscle groups. Low impact.
  • Pilates - Focus on Somatic training. Low impact.
  • Barre Body® - Focus on promotion of long lean muscles. Low impact.
