Doerthe Braun

Teaches at Unity Woods Yoga Center

Doerthe Braun, CIYT, Intermediate Junior II, started her Yoga practice in 1999 and apprenticed with John Schumacher, her primary teacher. She has studied with the Iyengars in India.

Doerthe completed a degree in acting and movement in Switzerland and conducts self written plays with children and youngsters. She trusts and believes in the ability of the practice of Yoga to bring joy, contentment and balance in her life. It is her intention to pass these gifts of Yoga to her students. Her teaching is also inspired by her four children.
