Alissa Dill trained at Metropolitan Ballet of Tacoma until she graduated high school. She then went to Grand Canyon University where she earned a BA in dance education and graduated with honors from the National Honors Society for Dance Arts. During her time in the dance department she was a member of the Ethington Dance Ensemble, student body vice president, and was named dance student of the year in 2012. Alissa has dance professionally with Terpsicore Ballet, Artifact Dance Project, Theater Northwest, and Convergence Ballet. Alissa has been teaching ballet, modern, and jazz for the last 6 years and is currently a performer with Gin Dance Company.
