Michelle Koike

Teaches at General Assembly

Michelle is a former photographer and film maker who made the jump to UX to expand her skill set. Michelle has a BA from Gonzaga University in Digital Broadcast Media, an MFA from the Academy of Arts University in Multimedia Communication and a UX Certificate from General Assembly. Currently Michelle works as a UX Designer at Microsoft in the Developer Division, prior to Microsoft, Michelle worked closely with The Gates Foundation’s sanitation division.

When not working on design or editing her latest video, Michelle can be found enjoying her favorite bands, traveling to a new place, playing volleyball or enjoying craft cocktails (and likely snapping photos of said craft cocktails).
