Susannah is a senior art director and designer with almost a decade of experience in marketing, branding, and advertising. Currently, she partners with a range of nonprofit, food, and media clients to design and develop their digital products, print collateral, and infographics.
Before making the leap to freelance, Susannah was the Senior Art Director of the New York Times’ branded content studio, T Brand Studio, overseeing the concept and execution of more than 100 of the high-quality, cross-platform brand stories that earned T Brand Studio “Hottest in Native Advertising” from Adweek’s Hot List two years in a row. She has worked with clients like Google, Nest, Ford, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Capital One, and more.
Now based in San Francisco, she is also a part-time instructor at General Assembly SF, teaching adult students the principles of web design, and is also in the process of obtaining her Masters degree in Food Studies from University of the Pacific with an emphasis on food tech and sustainability. She hopes to eventually leverage her expertise in both food and design to affect change in the food system.
