Indian Cuisine
I’m not a cook, nor a foodie, but this class was a pleasant surprise! My girlfriend and I attended and had a ball. Chef Alex was informative and fun. He helped me out as well as others, but kept things light and we got a hands on experience. Great food, good music and lots of nice people participating as well. Jim Hutchings -

Shortcut to Nirvana
Class was great and we made so much food! The recipes were delicious and were mailed to us the next day as promised. The instructor was fun and informative and kept us busy throughout. I liked the way we made two "rounds" of food so that we weren't hungry by the time we sat down to eat. My only suggested improvement would be to be able to take home leftovers if we could. I felt stuffed from lunch but would have loved to save some for dinner. I felt a little uncomfortable doing so since the instructor didn't mention it as an option. -
Couples Night: Market-Driven Indian Dinner
The chef was extremely kind, knowledgeable and patient. She spent a fair amoount of time explaining the different Indian spices, its properties and combinations. The food was incredible! The whole staff was super nice and helpful. Overall we will do it again anytime! -
Indian Food and Shopping Tour with Smitha
I had a blast in this course. Dolly is a master of her domain, a warm, confident cook who threw open her home and whipped up enough roti, curry, channah, etc., to feed an army. I grew up in a West Indian kitchen but learned so much more here than I ever thought possible: about how to cook delicious food with skill and flair. I mean, the woman got me to eat curried goat for the first time. It was sublime. She knows her stuff. Her love of cooking was obvious, and her enthusiasm was infectious. Oh, and I love her laugh. Best cooking class I've had so far. -

Cuisine of India
From the moment we called in, a few minutes before the class even started, Chef Dylan Regan began with cooking tips. You can tell he has so much passion for what he does and it spreads to the students. He makes sure everyone gets involved. I was amazed by all the background he knows about food and its history. I'm looking forward to another class with him. The food was absolutely delicious. -
