ToP Strategic Planning presents a structured planning process which incorporates the group facilitation methods into productive action and concrete accomplishments that:

Enhance your capacity for creative strategy building
Enable group to come to a common vision and create a "participant-owned" plan that deals with the realities blocking the group
Experience and practice the complete strategic planning process of vision, contradictions, strategic directions and implementation
Demonstrate how to weave together the basic tools into longer formats and retreat settings.

Executives, managers and others for successful implementation of organization strategies
Board members, educators and individuals responsible for design and facilitation of organizational plans

Pre-requisite Course
Please note that ToP Facilitation Methods, or TFM, is a pre-requisite course.

Be in a comfortable clothing. Bring pen and additional note paper if desired. Space for note taking is provided in the manual.

Refund Policy

Cancellation/Transfer Policy:

You will be refunded all but $100 of your registration fee if you cancel more than 11 business days prior to the course start date.
If you cancel 11 business days or less before the start date, you will not receive a refund.

You will have up to six months to transfer your registration fee to another course. A $100 transfer fee will apply unless the new course is in the same area.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
