This is for ages 8 through 12, basic, intermediate levels of gymnastics. This incorporates basic tumbling techniques, forward and backward rolls, headstands, cartwheels, handstands, front and back walkovers, and occasionally back handsprings and/or aerial cartwheels.

Students will practice skills from Beginner Acro and begin learning rolls like straddle and pike, handstands, elbow stands, back-bends, one-handed cartwheels, round-offs and walking bridges. Freedom to play in this class is a must. Pre-requisite: Acrobatics: Beginners or equivalent course
