Description

Prepare comprehensively for the ICC residential inspector certification exam with this intensive course that covers everything required to achieve B-1 certification. You will gain mastery over current code standards, regulations governing construction materials, industry best practices, and requirements for product quality evaluation and building code compliance. This instructor-led course spans four weeks and ensures you are ready to pass your examination on the first attempt.

Course Coverage Includes:

Building planning and design principles
Conversions, footings, and foundations
Floor, roof, and ceiling construction techniques
Wall constructions and finish coverings
Public safety and special instruction requirements
Four-week instructor-led format

Enrollment Requirements:

Students must be at least 22 years old
California regulations require a minimum of 4 years of documented construction experience to be eligible to sit for the examination

Remote Learning

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.

Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.

Refund Policy

All programs are Non-refundable.

For rescheduling, must contact CourseHorse no later than (Noon) Wednesday, the week of the seminar, to reschedule without paying the $50.00 no show rescheduling fee (1 time only). For purposes of this contract, a “no-show” is anyone who does not notify the school that they will not be attending and need to be rescheduled by noon the Wednesday prior to the Program or Seminar’s start date.

If the student do not show or cannot attend the event in which it was re-scheduled, student will forfeit the enrollment amount.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
