Agile Boot Camp: ICAgile Fundamentals Certification (ICP)

Agile is not a methodology you can simply read about and apply. It is a craft built through practice, iteration, and real experience working within an Agile team. This Agile Boot Camp puts you directly in the middle of that practice from day one.

The classroom is organized into working Agile teams, and each team is driven through the full Agile process by an expert instructor with direct, real-world Agile experience. From establishing a product vision through daily planning and execution to running retrospectives and continuous adaptation, participants live the Agile process rather than simply studying it. All instructors bring field experience to the room, drawn from actual Agile implementations across a range of organizations and industries.
