What you'll learn in this cake class:

It's our classic crack pie® with a valentine's day twist! We’ll break down each step, from molding the oat cookie crust to mixing the gooey buttery filling. you’ll get to take home your very own heart dusted crack pie®, too! 

We’ll show you the secrets to our popular b’day cake truffles while the pies are baking!

Bake the Book Series: bake through cookbook with milk bar's top notch baking team, one delicious treat at a time. We'll teach you everything you need to know to make your milk bar favorites from the book (and even some newer recipes) at home! All ages and all levels of expertise welcome. 

We will provide each class with all of the necessary kitchen tools and ingredients, all you need is a pen and paper. Bring your cookbook if you have it, or purchase one once you arrive!(P.S. you get to take home everything you make!)

Please note that this is not a traditional baking class, but a class where you learn how to assemble a cake.

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the entire duration of class. Please wear comfortable, casual clothing and flat, comfortable shoes. Please try to refrain from wearing open-toed shoes or sandals, as you will be baking in a FDA regulated production facility. You will be provided with a hair net and headscarf before entering our kitchen, if your hair is longer than your ears length, you must pull your hair back in a elastic band please inform us if you have any severe food allergies. In our classes, we will be working with ingredients such as gluten, dairy, eggs, soy and nuts.

Refund Policy
Cancellations up to 48 hours in advance will be refunded in full. we are also happy to re-book you in another currently available class with openings.

Cancellations within 48 hours of a class date will not be refunded unless a replacement is found to take your spot in the class. if you need to cancel within 48 hours’ notice, we will do our best to fill your spot by reaching out to our wait-list. if we are unable to fill your spot, you are also welcome to transfer your spot in class to a friend.

Momofuku Milk Bar reserves the right to cancel in the event of chef illness of inclement weather. we will contact you and issue a full refund or transfer your registration to another class of your choice, depending on availability.

If you miss a class due to weather-related concerns, our standard cancellation policy applies.

Very fun class in a beautiful clean facility. A bit expensive and the recipe is quite complicated for me to try to recreate but I had a great time regardless!
