What you'll learn in this healthy cooking class:

Eating more plant-based foods means more antioxidants, and more vitamins and minerals. These essential nutrients help slow the aging process, and are crucial for proper energy production, digestion, cellular repair, cancer prevention and more! Plus, a plant-based diet is highly anti-inflammatory, and is rich in fiber which aids weight loss, promotes bowel regularity and detoxifies the body.

Join us to learn easy ways to transform seasonal farm-fresh produce, hearty beans, earthy grains, and crunchy nuts and seeds into delicious meals packed with protein. No matter your current diet, by increasing your intake of these nutrient powerhouses, your body will respond with better digestion, energy and beauty! Ultimately, a healthier you!

Guests will enjoy our organic Cheesy Spice™ popcorn or Nourished Party Mix™ upon arrival. You’ll also receive a serving of each dish prepared. Available for purchase by the glass, we feature a variety of artisan wines from around the world which are biodynamic, sustainable or organically farmed.​

Seasonal Menu for the February 7 class:
  • Oven-baked black bean, spinach and artichoke enchiladas with spicy red sauce and fresh cilantro (GF, VG)
  • Roasted cauliflower and spiced-lentil tacos with creamy chipotle sauce and quick-pickled red onions (GF, DF, VG)
  • Mexican chopped kale and quinoa salad with creamy orange-cumin dressing and warm chili-lime cashews (GF, DF, VG, V)
Seasonal Menu for the March 14 class: 
  • Baby spinach, onion and feta quiche with sweet potato crust and lemon-herb pistachio sauce (GF, VG)
  • Hearty three-bean chili with earthy cacao, spicy peppers and roasted corn topped with fresh avocado pico de gallo and warm, chili-lime tortilla chips (GF, DF, VG, V) 
  • Charred cauliflower, sweet fennel and sprouted quinoa with baby arugula, currants and toasted sunflower seeds (GF, DF, VG, V)

All cooking classes, lunch & learns, and aromatherapy events are confirmed upon completion of registration, and sales are final. Due to upfront cost of goods, and to maintain smaller and more personalized classes, we appreciate your understanding that we don't offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows. However, your reservation is fully transferable, so you're welcome to have someone else attend in your place without notice.

Nourished® reserves the right to cancel a cooking class, lunch & learns, aromatherapy event or coaching session. Our staff will contact you by phone or email to issue a full refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee or to reschedule.
