Nourished Table & Home is founded on the principle of cooking healthy and living naturally for optimal well-being. It is where we cook and teach about food and nutrition, home care, and body care, and equip you with the proper knowledge and tools to bring vitality to your table and home—so you can experience the joy of living a truly nourished life.

Located in historic downtown Hinsdale, our newly renovated, 120-year-old farmhouse boasts old-world charm with a modern flare. We welcome you to join us for natural whole-food Cooking Classes, Lunch & Learn Classes —each offered in a small-group setting for an optimal learning experience.

We encourage change, and provide the guidance and motivation people need who are wanting to transition to a better lifestyle. Our team is here to help navigate you through the confusing world of nutrition and wellness, and to assist you in taking the right steps to a healthier, more vital life.

The food and information were great. There was a lag to shop and check out at the end, which actually provided time to ask more questions. I do think they could of given our leftover food to take home. It was a huge salad and most people did not finish it. It all just got thrown away.

My son (15) and I had a great time at this class. He can’t believe how much easier it is to help in the kitchen now that he knows the proper way to chop all of the basic veggies and fruits. I am so glad that he can be on prep duty now!
