The class was awesome. Instructor was wonderful. An overall meeting wonderful people is always a plus. Definitely would recommend the school for all classes you will learn alot. The instructor is very hands on.

You get to make 10 drinks (9 sample size and 1 full). It was definitely informational and I learned a lot. However, I wish it was more interactive. I thought we'd get to make the drinks ourselves while following along the instructor instead of just watching the instructor make all the drinks. We occasionally got to go up and help with shaking and muddling the ingredients but that was about it. We got to only make one drink on our own.

i was completely offended by the foul language the instructor continually used.

The class covered a lot of information which was interesting and useful. The class size was small so we got to know everyone quickly. We started out practicing bartending techniques and making our own drinks, but as the class went on, the instructor began making all the drinks for us and just letting us sample them. "Hands-on" quickly became "stand there and watch." The instructor was knowledgeable, but his opinions were set in stone and he had no time for our opinions or personal preferences. Most off-putting of all was the instructor's constant use of foul language. F-bombs everywhere.

The instructor was great. Went home and tried the drinks right away. Would suggest to anyone! Great date!
