He graduated from the New England Culinary Institute in Vermont with a degree in Culinary Arts before gaining further expertise working within the fine dining industry and classical french cuisine. Coming from a Cambodian background, he has a great passion for Asian cuisine and is particularly inspired by dishes such as Sushi and Dumplings. He has won several awards for his Ramen recipe which showcases a unique ox tail's broth. He relishes in teaching both children and adults how to cook and encourages them to roll up their sleeves and get their hands messy!
