Andrea is a certified NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Personal Trainer, TRX Group Instructor and Madd Dogg Spinning Instructor. She also holds a Bachelors Degree in Communication from Bowling Green State University and Masters Degree in Education from The University of South Carolina.

Andrea is a passionate educator who brings her 12 plus years of Higher Education teaching and programming experience to her fitness clients.

"I deeply care that people understand the fundamentals of health. I want to help my clients build a solid foundation so they can reap the benefits of being well for years to come."

Although Andrea has worked with many high performing athletes, she truly enjoys working with those individuals who are beginning their fitness journey or expanding their routine toward a more comprehensive approach to lifelong health. Her approach is holistic, supportive, honest and a lot of fun. As she puts it"I have the upmost respect for those who wish to learn, improve, and challenge themselves, especially nowadays where the occupational hazard of inactivity has a profound impact on physical and mental fitness."

Although the traditional gym environment is an ideal place for instruction and physical development, Andrea's strength lies in understanding her client's needs and providing what works best for her audience. She is a natural problem solver who is resourceful, enjoys developing ideas with her clients and working from the ground up to design systems that work within their busy lives.
