Joan Wang is an advanced Tai-Chi & Meditation instructor. She has been practicing various forms of Chinese Martial Arts and Healing Techniques for more than 25 years. Accomplished in various different styles of Chinese Marital Arts (Tai-Chi Quan 37 and 103 forms, Tai-Chi Sword 32 form and Beijing Box Yang Style, Yi Jin Jing QiKun Meditation Techniques, and Five Stance Fist), she started practicing since an early age in middle school and continued to study meditation techniques from Taoist monks from Qingchen Mountains and healing techniques of acupuncture from Chinese doctors. Certified by renowned masters Chen De Xiong (six generation understudy of grandmaster Li-ya-Xuang) and Fu Xue Li (PhD in acupuncture), Joan’s been teaching others for nearly 20 years where it has become a true life-long passion. She is passionate to share the long-term sustainable health benefits from practicing Tai-Chi exercises and meditation (QiKun) with her students.
