Alda Leu Dennis is a General Partner at Initialized Capital, the $500M venture firm founded by Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian and former Y Combinator Partner Garry Tan. The firm's investments include Coinbase, Cruise, Skip Scooters & 200+ more. 

Prior to joining Initialized, Alda was a managing partner at 137 Ventures where she led investments in Planet Labs, Wish, Coupang, CourseHero, and Work Market (acquired by ADP). Additionally, she made personal early-stage investments in companies such as Maven, Common Networks, Legalzoom (acquired by Permira), SpaceX, and Osaro. She was COO at Airtime, General Counsel at Founders Fund, Assistant General Counsel at Peter Thiel’s Clarium Capital Management, and practiced as a litigator for IP disputes at WSGR. 

Roya Sabeti is the founder of Stilobox, a platform for women aspiring to lead. Stilobox highlights the stories of female leaders and shares growth & speaking opportunities. She is also a member of the team at Galvanize and is especially passionate about empowering entrepreneurs by creating content & resources to help them learn and grow their companies. When she’s not creating content you can find her practicing circus arts or creating unique experiential experiences for others.
