This is a great class if you want to understand the structure of an effective conversation and how to get to a relaxed state to have a great conversation. I wanted to understand the fear and anxiety that sometimes occurs when having a conversation with someone new and this class helped me fix that. There is a lot practice time too so that was helpful.

Very much enjoyed the exercises, and the breathing techniques. Would have liked less lecture and more discussion

95 percent useless. Should be renamed “ The Simple Technique How to Breath Yourself Into Starting Conversation with a Stranger.”

A month has already passed and no certificate was issued on my behalf, so I could not count on it to present it as at least as a prove of my attendance. My educational institution apparently selected this course randomly because no outstanding reviews about the company or the course were available. The activity was held in a glass walled improvised office that was almost inaccessible, the building was under reparation, and the personnel there did not know about the ongoing course. I needed to go through a back door of the hotel, ask somebody to allow me getting in the lift. There were neither warning about this situation on the website, nor in the place to redirect the attendees to the place of interest. In addition, they did not provide information about parking availability, so prepare to spend 45 min to find a place where to leave your car. The class started with a video of a show in which Robins Williams is interviewed. Then, he continued his class guided by a power point presentation, which slides were denied to me. the professor spent nice 25 min in relaxation and postural techniques, made attendees to walk around the central table, and finished the class making people talking in pairs and change the topics at his will. Still arguing about the impact of these techniques on the conversation. I was billed almost 50 dollars for an almost 3 h course, and still a representative of the company called me saying that the professor did not register my attendance. I always want to be thankful, but how?
