Heidi Schreck’s plays include Grand Concourse, which was produced by Playwrights Horizons in the fall of 2014; The Consultant (Long Wharf Theater, 2014); There Are No More Big Secrets, produced by Rattlestick in 2010 (Time Out New York and New York Magazine Critic’s pick); andCreature, presented off-Broadway in 2009 (New Georges and Page 73). Her work has also been developed by Manhattan Theatre Club, Teatro de Facto, The Foundry, The Vineyard Theater, Soho Rep, Printer’s Devil Theatre, On the Boards, and National Public Radio. Honors: Page 73 2009 Playwriting Fellowship, 2012 Sundance UCross Residency. Publications include Samuel French, The New York Theatre Review, the Manifesto Series, Best Men’s Stage Monologues and Scenes, and Rain City Press. Commissions: South Coast Rep, MTC/Sloan, True Love Productions. She is also currently a writer for "Nurse Jackie". As an actor, Heidi has worked at Roundabout, Playwrights Horizons, Berkeley Repertory Theatre, Clubbed Thumb, Women’s Project, Two-Headed Calf, 13P, The Public, and more. She has received two Obies, a Drama Desk, and the Theatre World Award.
