Karla Huff is co-owner of Dream Talent Management, a bi-coastal management company formed in 2005 that quickly became a leader in the boutique management industry. 25 years of strong professional relationships built on trust and integrity, and her ability to discover and nurture talent has made her well respected and one of the most sought-after managers in the industry.

She is a former Vice President of the Talent Managers Association and a current voting member of the Television Academy. Additionally, she sits on the Advisory Committee of the Looking Ahead Program which is a part of SAG/AFTRA and The Entertainment Community Fund. A strong supporter of diversity and inclusion in all areas of the industry, Karla is very proud of her affiliation with these powerful and strong organizations that work for the good of actors and other industry professionals.
